the breakfast buffet presented a diverse selection of food. staff members were approachable and very friendly. a free welcome cocktail was a particularly nice touch.

the absence of an iron within the room was slightly inconvenient as i had to use a shared ironing room.

The staff were polite. They handled everything with ease. The breakfast and evening meals tasted great. The bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was lovely (it had excellent lighting). I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I found the staff supportive when i was taken ill. the hotel brought me delicious meals. the trendy design and leather items in the room stood out. It wasn't your typical hotel style.

The aircon and heating was a bit confusing. Instructions would have been helpful.
